Jane's birthday walk to Cannizaro House

As this meet up proved so popular, we will be doing it again. You are invited to join me and Jane celebrating her birthday on a lovely walk exploring Cannizaro House and gardens.

We will meet inside the Wibbas Down Inn {Wetherspoons} at 11am for a hot drink and {who knows may be a piece of cake} where there will be a meet up sign , between 11.30 and 11.45am we will make our way past Wimbledon Station and then up Wimbledon Hill to the village then onto Cannizaro.

After exploring the beautiful grounds we will stop for refreshments at Hotel du vin and then to a pub for lunch on the common,{ please confirm if you want lunch as Jane will book nearer the time}.

The walking distance is about 4/5 miles and is slightly uphill... a bus can be taken as an alternative up to the village. The rest is flat and across the common to Cannizora.

This will be a very enjoyable day in Wimbledon. The charge is £5 and will be led by myself and Jane Jacob.
