Mid-Week With Di- Canal Museum and Walk the Regent's Canal

11:00 Meeting at the Pret A Manger Kings Cross (inside the station) not forgetting to arrive early to visit platform 9 3/4 for a photo opportunity first if you are a Harry Potter fan! 11:30 From Pret A Manger we will walk the short distance the distance Canal Museum on New Wharf Rd a very small but interesting site with everything you would ever want to know about canals, it includes an ice storage pit and a cross section mock up of the inside of a typical working barge remembering the days when the canals were a working environment.

12:30 From here we will cross over Regent's Canal and walk along the canal, just over a mile, to Camden Lock for lunch, bring sandwiches or there is a good selection of street food. Make sure you have my mobile number in case we are separated!

Or we will meet up again to walk on to Regents Park leaving the canal to walk through the park in time for your journey home, from Regents Park station, before the rush hour.
