Anne and I will meet you at the station and we'll get taxis to the hotel.
Arrive IBIS hotel 13.45 overlooking the famous Albert Docks

Rest…..have a little food and get to know each other

15.00 Go to our rooms, unpack and relax
16.00 Tour round the Albert Docks with Dee
During the 1980s and 1990s the Albert Dock underwent significant redevelopment. It remains, however, the largest collection of Grade One Listed buildings in the U.K. UNESCO World heritage waterfront at the Albert Dock
The Albert Dock presently houses the Maritime Museum, The Beatles Story, the Liverpool Tate gallery and numerous bars and restaurants.

I've booked us in for supper in Liverpools most 'famous' restaurant, Grade I building, in downtown Liverpool!

15th June: Day3
Port Sunlight Day
Port Sunlight contains 900 Grade II listed buildings, and was declared a conservation area in 1978. It was put forward for UNESCO status and this may well still happen.

Supper out together…(not included)

16th June: Day 4
After breakfast, let's leave on a high and visit The Beatles Story which is across the road from the hotel! Tickets are included.
On average we will need about 2/3 hours to get around it all. Well that has been my experience with other groups!

We could meet up back at the hotel about 13.00 so we can share our last meal together. Trains run regularly so please book any train that suits you and stay as long as you'd like on Thursday as the hotel will look after our bags for us.
