Asian cuisine offers the most diverse, exciting, healthy and tasty food on the planet. I am fortunate to have lived in Singapore and travelled throughout Asia enjoying the local food. Now that I have returned to London, my home town, I am on a mission to locate restaurants that serve true Asian food; seeking out places which recreate the authentic tastes of that fascinating continent.
