"Housed in the original 19th-century ticket hall of the station, the team have done a remarkable job in making a vast space feel intimate and welcoming. The ceilings soar to heights unparalleled for a restaurant dining room, but palm trees soar with it, providing a lower canopy that cocoons the bustling, velvet-clad room. They have made the most of the space too, fitting in a bar that just goes on and on, with stools the length of its curving body, and many tables for dining. To prevent it feeling like a canteen, rattan and wood screens create sections within the space, meaning your table is surrounded by just a few others, and not hundreds."
