If you want to come along to this FREE ONLINE DEMO to learn some of the steps, come and join us. No experience or partner required.

You don't need to be attending the roadshow to join us, if you love Latin and ballroom rhythms, just come and see what it is all about...

DESCRIPTION
Fitsteps was started by 'Strictly' professionals Natalie Lowe and Ian Waite and can be described as Strictly without a partner!
This class is to LEARN THE STEPS. We will cover about 4 dances and then have a go with the music. Come along and dance yourself to fitness with a smile on your face.

About me!.....

Hello!
I am Carol and I am loving being involved with the 45+ Not Grumpy gang (best name ever!) and look forward to meeting you...

I primarily run classes for dance exercise including FitSteps (which is based on Latin and ballroom dance - sort of like 'strictly' but in the form of a class and without the need for a partner). I do classes for people new to dance exercise with more time devoted to learning the steps as well as for those more experienced who want to strut their stuff at a faster pace. Lots more on offer - I can always dig out my cowboy boots if anyone fancies a bit of line dancing :-) or offer one to one or small group coaching if the idea of joining a class is a little intimidating.

I also run a 'Stretch and Strengthen class to start the morning and waken us up to a perfect day. We aim to stretch and strengthen from head to toe (including balance!) with easier and harder options available to suit where you are right now.

I have been involved in dance for many, many years and after a break from teaching, I have decided to return to my passion. I have taught (and am teaching) people from the age of 2 to 95!
I look forward to meeting you all in my classes and many of the other fabulous events on offer.
