Tottenham Hale to Limehouse Basin walking along the Lee Valley

This is a varied and interesting 7 mile walk with Paul. 11 am Meet up at The Engine House Café Walthamstow Wetlands {From Tottenham Hale station, turn left up ferry lane, go past the ferry boat inn, cross the road, and almost opposite is the entrance to the wetlands, follow signs to the café, ring me if you cannot find me.}

11.30 am Departure.

After coffee, we will start our walk along the Lea Valley to Limehouse Basin where we will go for a drink at the famous pub,

The Prospect of Whitby at the end. With Wapping Overground Station being a few minutes away.

There will be a loo stop at Springfield Park, and we will eat or buy our lunch at The Princess of Wales Pub which is on the Lee Valley, where are also loos.

Please ensure you are wearing boots, as some of the towpaths can get muddy. Time will be given to allow photographs to be taken. Approximate length of walk 7 miles
