Paul's Sunday walk. Richmond to Putney Bridge

This one of my most popular walks, with a lovely walk along The River Thames.

We will meet at 10.45 am just outside the station by the circular bench.

11 am we will make our way to the White Cross for a hot drink.

11.45 am we will start our walk from Richmond Bridge to Putney Bridge following the Thames Path distance approx. 8 miles.

Please call if you have any problems, We are a friendly group so everyone is welcome, and we enjoy the variety of the various landscapes we pass.

Along the route we will stop at a riverside pub for a loo break and a drink.

Our walk ends at The Rocket {Wetherspoons} at Putney Bridge for a late lunch . With Putney Station and Putney Bridge within 10 minutes of our finishing point.

It is advisable to wear boots, as some of the tow paths can get muddy. If you have a knee problem, or walk slow, this walk is not for you.
