CHRISTMAS DINNER WITH FLOWING PROSECCO AT THE TERRACE PICCADILLY

Join me in our Christmas get together dinner for wishing one another a wonderful year to come at the beautiful, well appoited and fairly priced restaurant at the Le Mèridien Hotel.

We will have flowing Prosecco for one hour and a half from the start and will have live music after 7pm.
I have a table booked for 12 people.

Roasted artichoke and parsnip truffle Veloute with parmesan straws
Scottish salmon cured in mulled wine with orange marmalade, grilled chicory, honey and dill crème fraiche
Duck liver parfait with orange butter, spiced fruit chutney and toasted brioche

MAINS
Turkey paupiettes with stuffing, buttered fondant potato, fricassee of winter vegetables, sweet chestnuts, smoked lardons and cranberry jus
Tagliatelle with red mullet, squid ink sauce and tomato olive Provencal
Butternut squash, spinach, goat cheese and chestnut wellington with rustic tomato sauce

DESSERTS
Christmas pudding with brandy butter sauce
Mango delice with passion fruit ice cream
Poached quince pear with crumble crème anglaise

Our Christmas get together will be £55 for the 3 courses dinner, flowing prosecco, service charge and meetup fee.
