THE RIVER CAFE - Michelin star restaurant on the Thames!

Repeated as promissed. I invite you to join me again for a late lunch at this Italian Michelin starred restaurant.

The River Café is a restaurant in the Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham, London, specialising in Italian cuisine. It was owned and run by chefs Ruth Rogers and Rose Gray until Gray's death in 2010; since then, Rogers has been the sole owner and has run the restaurant.

The River Café is also notable for the number of successful chefs that have trained in its kitchens. These include Theo Randall, Ed Baines of Randall & Aubin, April Bloomfield of The Spotted Pig in New York, and celebrity chefs Jamie Oliver, Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall, Ben O'Donoghue and Tobie Puttock.

Capesante ai ferri – chargrilled Scottish Scallops with sage, capers, polenta, cime di rapa and slow-cooked tomato
Branzino al forno – wild Sea Bass roasted with olives, Vermentino Solosole, marjoram and Florence fennel
Coscia d’Agnello ai ferri – chargrilled marinated leg of Lamb with borlotti di Lamon, salsa d’erbe and roast radicchio

The price for 3-course winter set lunch, service charge and Meetup fee is £47. Drinks and any extras are not included.
