Evening on Bloomsbury with historian TIM 18.30-19.30

The Bloomsbury set dominated English intellectual life in the first half of the twentieth century. Virginia Woolf, Lytton Strachey and JM Keynes broke with Victorian mores to reinvent literature, art and politics. As Dorothy Parker said ‘They lived in squares and loved in triangles.’ We’ll virtually revisit the squares where they lived and loved and we’ll also discover Fitzrovia where, during and after the war, a whole new group of writers emerged including George Orwell.

We ask that everyone is logged in to the virtual cafe by 18:35 for a prompt start
