Nestled on the 28th floor on the top of the London Hilton on Park Lane with unbelievable 360 views across London and impeccably slick service they combine elements from French, British and Korean flavours bringing a truly global feel to the menu.

-Marbled duck liver, peach, hazelnut, ginger

-Salad of heirloom tomato, fresh almond, goat’s curd, basil, black olive

-Orkney scallop, bronze fennel, pollen, sea buckthorn

-Rack & breast of West country lamb, celeriac, black garlic, sprouting broccoli

-South coast lemon sole, cauliflower, mussels, sauce Véronique

-Raspberry soufflé, salted almond ice cream
