Heartfulness Experience...Mindfulness for the Heart
Rumi’s Cave, London, 21-23 July 2018
This is a 3-day programme that will give you a whole new perspective on life. Each day runs from 10.30am to 6.30pm.
Day 1: Explore how the toxins in our mind body and spirit get in the way of living an inspired, healthy and fulfilling life.
Day 2: Deconstruct the barriers that hold you back and start to see what could be possible Day 3: Design a new roadmap for your future that will start to bring balance to your life.

You can join us for a single day on Day 1 or Day 2 for £100 a day. However, we want you to get the maximum value from being with us, so are offering you the full programme at the very special price of £250.
