The original buildings date back many centuries and are of great local interest with a history stretching back to the times of William the Conqueror and are reportedly mentioned in the Doomsday Book.

18.30 If you’re not tired and fancy a little art, games, dance lessons or yoga…..there is lots on offer!

DAY 2 - TUESDAY
Morning yoga before breakfast with Carmina
"I have two styles, one called Body & Brain and a branch of Hatha called Anusara."

After a full English breakfast...

Local drive in a classic car to a historic village ….will appeal to classic car buffs! Cadbury Castle and Court of Camelot - home to the legendary King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table….. North and south Cadbury!

12.30 - 13.30 Pre-lunch dance workout with Carol - 1 Hour

14.00 Lunch together at The Mill
Local stroll...
16.00 - 17.00 Early evening Yoga session
17.00 - 18.00 Pre supper dance routine with Carol

18.45 Supper together with quiz and games entertainment

21.00 - 30 mins stretching/meditation before retiring

DAY 3 - WEDNESDAY

07.45 - 08.45 Start the day with yoga with Carmina

After a full English breakfast, day out...2 mile stroll in local historic village

12.30 Travel to a local farm shop and enjoy lunch in a train carriage!

Afternoon choice:
13.45 Local walk... 4 mile walk with views! East and West Coker are homes to many very famous people with an incredible history and are along the Monarch’s Way, a walk King Charles II made to escape Cromwell after the Battle of Bosworth!

15.00 - 16.00 Yoga with Carmina
16.00 - 18.00 Art session with Rachel in Acrylics - 2 hours

19.00 DINNER TOGETHER AT THE OLD MILL in the pub - with music and entertainment with Carol…learn how to dance

DAY 4 - THURSDAY
08.00 - 09.00 Yoga to start the day...
Full English Breakfast

Leave bags at hotel after checking out…

11.00 - 13.00 Morning tour with historian of Crewkerne….drive in classic cars…

* 3 nights accommodation in double ensuite rooms with single occupancy (some rooms are on the second floor and as there are no lifts, so if anyone has problems with stairs, please let me know so I can allocate you a ground floor room)

* 2 course Supper on Wednesday evening
* Transport throughout the 4 days to include station pick-ups and drop offs.
