CAMBRIDGE with Ewa 5th - 8th August 4 days

We will be staying in a hotel, historic building overlooking the river Cam and Parkland of the Jesus Green.

Our hotel is only 5 minutes walk from the famous Magdalene College in the centre of Cambridge.

We suggest you get your own train or drive to the Arundel House Hotel. Are you okay about being part of the holiday WhatsApp group so that we can keep in touch and organise train travel and taxi transfers together.

Day 1 Monday 5th August

The hotel rooms will be available from 15.00 so arrive when you wish.
15.30 We will meet in the lobby for an afternoon stroll together before supper.
18.00 Meet for a short walk to the restaurant for supper together

Day 2 Tuesday 6th August

11.00 Meet after breakfast and enjoy a guided tour of Cambridge
Choose what museums, colleges, cultural buildings you wish to visit.
Enjoy a river punt.
Afternoon visiting the city ….
18.30 Meet for a stroll to our supper destination
20.30 Social and fun games together with Ewa

Day 3 Wednesday 7th August

10.30 Meet after breakfast and enjoy an excursion to either Ely Cathedral, only 1 hour away by train, or an alternative destination.
Lunch together in a pub

16.00 Return to Cambridge centre
18.30 Supper together in the hotel restaurant.

Day 4 Thursday 8th August

10.30 Leave bags in hotel after checking out
Depending on weather, we will go on a peaceful river walk of which there are many.
Enjoy more of Cambridge city and surrounds…

The price per person in a single room ensuite (single bed) is £497

There will be a non refundable deposit of £50 payable please (unless the holiday cannot go ahead)
Balances payable by the 27th July please
If you cannot go, it will be your responsibility to find someone to take your place.

We suggest that you have adequate insurance to cover all health and travel.
