Easter in the French Alps - Walking and Wellness with world-famous therapy

A relaxed few days in a truly beautiful area, with guided walks for half the day, and renowned Alexander Technique therapy in the other half. Just lazing is an option, too. All levels welcome, beginners or advancers. The AT has been recommended for NHS funding, and is recommended by NICE for certain conditions.I have over 30 years' experience as an Alexander Technique professional - helping people with long-standing muscle pain, posture and performance. I am trained as a mountain walk leader and have a lifetime's experience of France.

There are just 3 places (2 now left), each person having their own twin-bedded room with spectacular views and a mini-balcony, in my spacious flat. Shared bathroom and separate WC. One day will be free, for you to go down to Grenoble for shopping, museums, or do your own thing.

The price - £645 - includes transport from Grenoble up to La Mure and back, 6 nights bed and breakfast, 4 buffet suppers with wine, 4 guided walks including transport, and 4 AT workshops including one-to-one work (worth £250)and admin fee. It does not include air fares to Lyon and the onward non-stop coach (40 euros return) to Grenoble.

The village, a small town really, is super friendly - the best of rural France - and restaurants offer delicious 3-course lunches for around 15 euros. There are banks, a cinema, a swimming pool, bric à brac shops, a museum and a spectacular street market in the historical town centre.

No Olympic challenges, but an ability to walk about 4 miles and ascend about 400 feet gently will ensure you get the most out of the trip.
