5 days June - Dorset and Somerset; castles, stately homes and beautiful walks

Yeovil Junction station

From Camelot to King Charles, we will be exploring a variety of fabulous places in deepest Somerset and Dorset

 

We will be staying in converted outbuildings of the Stately home, Brympton House jsut outside Yeovil

Riverside Stroll + Piano Recital in 'The Journalists' Church'

Embankment Cafe

We will meet at 11 am at the Embankment Cafe (nearest Tube Station: Embankment).
At around 11.30 am we will start our riverside stroll eastwards....
Then we will head up through Middle Temple one of the Inns of Court and on towards St Brides Church.
As you enter St Bride's Church from Fleet Street, you are immediately aware of two things: firstly, that this is a building of great beauty and tranquillity and, secondly, that this is a place steeped in history.
We will attend the lunchtime recital given by James Kirby who performs regularly throughout the UK and Europe

After a coffee and a chat we'll start the Smartphone Photography...
We will be looking at how to improve the photos that you take with your smartphone camera.
