Harrow on The Hill to Hanwell {walking distance 9 miles}

Come with me on an enjoyable walk from Harrow on The Hill Station to Hanwell following the Capital Ring.

Where some of the views are well worth seeing.

This walk has a few steep hills to climb and if you have a knee problem or walk slow this walk is definitely not for you., and walking poles are recommended to bring along with you.

£5 meet up fee on arrival.

We will meet at Costa Coffee at 10.45 am At Harrow on the Hill station { to get to Costa Coffee just take right exit and walk down the stairs and in front of you on the right is Costa}

At 11.15 am we will leave and make our way to Lowland road via the toilets in the station to start our steep climb to Harrow Village.

Making our way to the top of Horsenden Hill { as image above} to have our lunch { please bring lunch with you} having a loo stop at The Ballot Box on the way.

After lunch we will walk to The Grand Union Canal and the to Mcdonalds at Greenford for another loo stop.

Then we will carry carry on following the Capital ring walking around fields and along river paths to Brent Lodge Park in Hanwell where we will stop at the cafe and use the loos.

We will then walk to Hanwell Train station where we can get a train to Paddington.

We will be following COV'D 19 procedures, so please ensure you have a mask and hand gel with you, and if you are feeling unwell do not turn up.
