Mindful peaceful and beautiful walking and Meditation Class - day with Carmina

Join me on a mindfulness and guided meditation class at Paddington St. Mary’s Gardens followed by a walk and lunch along the Grand Union Canal.
We meet in Paddington station outside WHSmith, near the ticket booths.

We’ll walk to the gardens of Saint Mary's Church on Paddington Green where we’ll practice a 50 minute mindfulness and guided meditation class focusing on moving and releasing the tension of all the joints, followed by a moving meditation and a standing or sitting grounding meditation to finish.

After class, we will walk to Rembrandt Gardens and finish at St. Mary Magdalene Church, a fine, Grade 1 listed example of Gothic Revival architecture and one of my favourite churches in London. The church has been used widely for filming. You may have seen it in films such as The End of the Affair or The Blue Lamp. Or in TV programmes such as Miss Marple, Waking the Dead, Jonathan Creek, Britain's Next Top Model and Lewis. They have also featured in music videos for Lesley Garret and Fat Boy Slim.
This is a new walk/class and is a mix of walking, mindfulness and meditation.
We finish with lunch at the Grand Junction Cafe or The Bridge House, before returning to Paddington station.

A little about me, I have been practicing yoga and meditation for more than 17 years and I started teaching 13 years ago. I have several certifications in different styles of yoga. My favorite meditations are in nature and with movement.
