Northwood Hills to Ruislip Manor via Ruislip Lido

This is a new walk led by Keith.

We will meet at Cafe Hills at 11.am which is 100 yards from Northwood Hills Underground station, for a hot drink.{ to get to the cafe turn left out of the station entrance.}

After our hot drink, we will begin our walk.

This walk goes along paths through woods in the Ruislip Nature Reserve and Ruislip Woods. We will reach Ruislip Lido, with its secret beach, {as image above}.

Here there is a pub for refreshments/ toilets/ lunch break and plenty of space to eat our lunch.

We will then head back through the Ruislip Woods ahead for Ruislip Manor station, where the walk ends. There is a Wetherspoons (J J Moons) directly across the road from the station.

Total walking distance 5 miles

£6 meet up fee {please have the right change}

If you walk slow or have a knee problem, this walk is not for you.
