New Eltham to O2 North Greenwich {8 miles}

This is a new Walk.

Come with me on a lovely walk, through parkland, fields, woods and eventually ending on the Thames Path.

We will meet at New Eltham Station at 11 am, and at 11.15 am walk to have a hot drink in a local cafe.

After our hot drink, we will make our way to the cafe in the woods {as att image} and have an early lunch or bring our own.

After lunch we will walk to Severndroog Castle, and then to Woolwich Common.

We will be following the Capital Ring to the Thames Barrier, and then to the O2 at North Greenwich where we will stop to have a well earned drink in All Bar One in the O2.

With local buses and the Jubilee Line 2 mintes walk away.

If you have a knee problem or walk slow, this walk is definitely not for you.

Please note:

To get to New Eltham, you need to get a Sidcup train going to Dartford or Gravesend.

You can get the train from Lewisham, London Bridge, Waterloo East or Charing Cross Stations.
