Lee Green Open Studios 2023 Art Day starting with lunch.

This event is becoming one of my most popular, and if you have not been, please come if you can, you will not be disappointed.

11.45 am Meet at Hither Green station {as you come past the ticket barrier, walk down the ramp at the bottom turn right, come out of the station, where I will be waiting for you.} Lunch will be at the Station Hotel at 12pm { Please confirm you are having lunch.

{For those that do not want lunch meet us at 1.30 pm outside the station

hotel}.

The event is called the Lee Green Open Studios, and we will visiting private homes to see art from many artists.

After lunch we will start going around to the different venues, ending up back at Hither Green Station. There is also an opportunity to go into a prize draw once we have been to 10 venues.

{There has been members who have brought their friends along, and 2 people in different years have won £100 to spend on the art in the artists homes.}

This is also an ideal opportunity to buy Christmas presents as some members do.

Every year local artists in the Lee Green area have an open house event and some people travel long distances to come and see their work. Here you can look at and buy their work, and have a glass of wine in nibbles in some houses.
