10.45 - 11.15 Social over coffee at the Metropolitan Bar, next to Baker Street tube
11.20 - 11.45 Park stroll to the Regents Park mosque
12.00 - 15.00 Tour and lunch in the mosque - everyone pays their own lunch bill which is very reasonable (under £6)
Everyone must cover up and ladies please bring a scarf (I will have extra in case anyone forgets!)
15.30 - stroll back via the Park and interesting historic parts to St John's Wood tube station
