Boston Manor to Richmond via Syon Park {6 .5 miles approx}

January £5 special.C ome with me on an enjoyable walk with a lovely sunday lunch in the middle of the walk.We will meet at The Harvester Royal  near Boston Manor Underground Station at 11 am for a hot drink and leave at 11.20 am.( To get to The Harvester Royal, as you come out of the station, cross the main road, and turn left, walk pass a parade of shops, and just after the shops is The Harvester Royal on your right.}Our walk will take us along The Grand Union Canal and into Brentford and Syon Park and we walk past the gates of Syon House.

We will proceed to The London Apprentice at Isleworth for lunch which needs to be booked as the pub is very popular and the food is extremely good {please advise if you want lunch}.or you can bring your own.{Would recommend Sunday Roasts which are very good]After lunch we will do the short walk to Richmond Lock and The White Swan [another very good pub.} where our walk ends.With Richmond Station and local buses less than 10 minutes walk away.Please note:Some of the paths we will walk on can get muddy, so please wear the appropiate footwear.If you have a knee problem or walk slow this walk may be not for you.If you need any more info, please ring Paul on 07530 675739 (this is not a smart phone} or email This email address is being protected from spambots.
