Historian Paul Sinclair takes a Stroll Around Soho Paul Sinclair
We meet for tea at 10.45 and set off at 11.15.
We'll visit the historic St Giles' church, the site of the gallows for generations, find out how Soho got its name, hear of the waves of immigration that gave the area its character, see the real Dr. Dolittle's house and then the memorial to the doctor who found out that Londoners dirty water was poisoning them, but would they listen?
Optional lunch to follow.
My number is 07815009191 and the first stop is in St Giles' church.
