BAYSWATER.......Guided walking tour BARRIE GREENE

Details

Another of Barrie's great walking tours of hidden London.

BAYSWATER --------- Not just a pretty face
=========================================
A great Turkish bath, an Albanian hero and a Once great department store What do you really know about Bayswater?
A place where rich people live? Admit it thats almost all you do know! Our walk will open your eyes to a part of London that has a lot more to offer than expensive housing.

Let's start with the now closed but once great department store that gave Selfridges and Harrods a run for their money. Add to that the houses that look like houses but are not what they seem and the new high street premises where housewives gained thier freedom.

As well as the church that's not a church and the flat which changed British comedy forever

There are Blue Plaques a plenty and an area not often seen by us mere mortals. Bayswater, a lesser known gem of London

The walk will be the usual £10 but prepayment for now as just cant take the risk of too many turning up, maximum just 15 people so will sell out very quickly

payment £10 by credit card or bank transfer via website possible

If you are NOT already a member of our own website www.45plusnotgrumpy.com

and takes a bit over two hours but time will fly on this great tour. Any questions or queries contact Barrie on 07860 911393 or This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
