Uxbridge to Harefield West walking along the Grand Union Canal

Come with me along on a lovely 5 mile walk along the grand union canal from Uxbridge Station to Hairfield West, {for those travelling via London Bridge or Waterloo Stations,go on the jubilee line to Finchley Road, and then cross over the platform to go on the metropolitan line to Uxbridge Undergroud Station}.

We will meet in The Good Yarn Pub {wetherspoons} at 11am, and after we have had our drinks we will leave to start our walk on the grand union canal.

Lunch will be in a pub on the canal {please confirm if you want lunch, as I need to book}

After lunch we will carry on our walk, and end up having a drink at The Coy Carp pub in Hairfield, where afterwards we will come off the canal and get a local bus back to Uxbridge.

On this walk, there is plenty to see, and time will be allowed to take photographs.

If you have a knee problem or walk slow this walk is not for you.
