A COTSWOLDS DAY TOUR - PRIVATE GUIDED VISITS TO 3 COUNTRY GARDENS with Lits

Calling all Garden Lovers!

Inspired by the Chelsea Flower Show let's embark on a jolly day out of our own, visiting three beautiful garden treasures in the Cotswolds, with private guided tours by the owners. They will give an insight into their specific designing and colourful planting schemes.

After an early morning journey to meet in Oxford (please see timeline info below), we will be whizzed to Sezincote, a characterful, fantasy renaissance-style garden with elements of Hindu style; with an onion dome, a crescent ridge bridge and temple pool.

We will then be transported a short distance to our next visit; Bourton House, an award-winning three acre garden surrounding a fine 18th century Manor House featuring luxuriant terraces and wide herbaceous borders, imaginative topiary, an abundance of unusual, rare and exotic plants and a raised basked pond from the Great Exhibition of 1851. Lunch (not included) will be served here.

Our final visit after lunch will be to Chivel Farm, a beautifully designed country garden with extensive views of the ever evolving Cotswold Countryside. Designed for year round interest and including colour schemed borders, unusual trees, shrubs and herbaceous plants.
Tea and cake will be served here before we are transported back to Oxford.

Cost: £79.00 per person
Includes three private tours of the gardens, guides, private transport/transfers throughout, tea, cake and MeetUp fees.
(Toilet facilities are available at each visit).

Travel to Oxford by your mode of choice - rail (from either Marylebone or Paddington) or National Express coach or Oxford Tube (bus) from Victoria.
