The cafe will be open *3-4pm* this week. If it's popular, we will extend it.

HOW TO VISIT THE NOT GRUMPY CAFE

1. *Dial 020 3051 2874* anytime between 3pm and 4pm. You can join whenever you like within the hour.

2. When prompted, enter the meeting ID *958 739 216*, followed by the hash key (*#*), using the number pad on your phone. Follow instructions as a "participant".

3. To leave the cafe, just hang up. You can stay for as long (up to the
   full hour) or as little as you like.

Please help isolated non members:

The stroll will be about 4 miles and I will show you the changes over the hundreds of years

We'll have lunch together mid way and at the end, you are invited to have wine, nibbles etc (FREE)

We will end the day about 15.30 ish and the nearest DLR station is Island Gardens. Every bus a minute away goes to Canary Wharf station, 7 minute ride.
